Display of Dedication III
RockTop is excited to host Display of Dedication III! This is a sanctioned USABoxing show that allows boxers from surrounding towns, cities, and states to come and compete at an amateur level.

Scrappy Boxing
Ages 5-7yo
This Monday and Thursday class meets to help your energetic boxer learn their core basics while mixing in some boxing technique. This class teaches coordination, following directions, confidence building, the boxing stance and footwork, and builds up to knowing multiple punch combo and techniques. Beginners Welcome!
Competition Boxer
Ages 8+
This five day a week program is designed for your boxer to take the next step and jump in the ring. This boxer knows the basics of boxing and is ready to learn strategies for all levels of competition. This class involves, sparring, advanced drills, and in depth sports specific strength training
Prospect Boxers
Ages 8-13yo
This Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday class meets with the goal to increase your boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics in boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following a routine, knowing multiple punch combos, and builds up to knowing how to use these techniques in a boxing ring. Beginners Welcome!
Early Morning Boxing
Ages 14+
This Monday, Wednesday, and Friday class meets early in the morning with the goal to increase the boxer’s skill in the sport. Along with learning the basics of boxing, this class also helps with confidence building, following multi-step directions in footwork techniques, knowing multiple punch combos, and partner drills that could be used as practice for the boxing ring. Beginners Welcome!
Phenom Boxers
Ages 14+

Coach Taylor
FOUNDER/HEAD COACH
Coach Taylor is dedicated to seeing his boxers win in boxing and succeed in life. He has been boxing since 2008, up until most recently 2026. He is proud to have built up many boxers from Novice to Elite. Coach is hands on during class, and provides study material outside of class. No matter if you are young or old, Olympic dreaming or weeknight warrior, Coach Taylor is in your corner.

We teach the fundamentals of boxing with a flavor of aggressive pressure fighting.

Yes! Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join classes throughout the week!

No, sparring is for those who want to, have a USABoxing license, and have been prepared to participate.

We require hand wraps that can be purchased at the gym, or bought elsewhere. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing for exercise and shoes that you can move around in. Wrestling shoes work fine in place of boxing shoes but are not required. We have boxing gloves at the gym that can be borrowed during class until you purchase your own.

We accept ages 5 years old and up. 70 years old is our oldest boxer!

A misconception is that boxing is too vigorous to start as is. I say the best way to get in shape for boxing is by boxing! The first week of working out anywhere will be hard for anyone.

We do Strength and Conditioning to improve our ability to win fights. Workouts are designed to improve stamina, endurance, cardio, agility, durability, speed, strength, and power.

You do not have to have a desire to compete if you do not want to. RockTop’s classes are designed to teach boxing fundamentals, techniques, coordination, and discipline that can be learned both inside and outside of the boxing ring.
